Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of patients that include reviewing medical histories, identifying functional limitations, and discussing treatment goals.
• Develop personalized plans of care based on each patient's assessment findings, taking into consideration their unique circumstances and recovery aspirations.
• Facilitate open discussions with patients regarding their treatment journey to ensure understanding and commitment to the proposed plan of care.
• Implement treatment through a combination of education, exercise prescription, and manual therapy techniques that are proven to enhance recovery outcomes.
• Regularly monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal recovery.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all services rendered and patient interactions, adhering to legal and ethical standards of practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients undergoing orthopedic rehabilitation, including post-surgical recovery, injury rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. Our patient population ranges from young athletes to older adults, all seeking to regain their mobility and functional independence. Your ability to engage empathetically with each individual will be crucial as you guide them through their personalized recovery process.

Qualifications

• Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
• A stellar record with no instances of board actions or disciplinary measures against your license.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in orthopedic physical rehabilitation.
• Proven expertise in manual therapy techniques, with a strong emphasis on hands-on patient care.

Compensation and Benefits
