Work Environment

The physical therapist position is primarily onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility located in Riverside, California. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to develop personalized treatment plans that address specific rehabilitation goals.
• Implement and adjust treatment protocols based on ongoing assessments and patient responses, using modalities such as manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and enhance the overall effectiveness of our rehabilitation programs.
• Document patient progress thoroughly and maintain accurate records in compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
• Engage with patients and their families, providing education and training on treatment plans and promoting adherence to prescribed home exercise regimens.
• Achieve established utilization and productivity goals while contributing to the growth and development of the clinic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) or Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).

• Certification in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association or an equivalent certification.
