Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Physical Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, including children, to assess their physical therapy needs and establish individualized treatment goals.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices to enhance recovery and improve functional mobility.
• Regularly monitor and reassess patient progress through clinical observations and objective feedback, adjusting treatment goals and techniques as necessary.
• Document patient interactions and treatment outcomes in detail using the company's electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with both legal and company standards.
• Educate patients and their families regarding the rehabilitation process, potential challenges, and strategies to maximize recovery and adherence.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for patients receiving multiple therapies, ensuring a continuity of services.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist in California.
• Ability and willingness to provide evaluations and treatments both in person and via telehealth, as clinically appropriate.
