Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' mobility restrictions, pain levels, and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific rehabilitation goals.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, managing a caseload that includes approximately one patient per hour, ensuring personalized attention and care.
• Utilize a variety of treatment modalities, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to enhance outcomes.
• Motivate patients to engage in their recovery process, providing ongoing support and adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes using EMR software, particularly WebPT.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure integrated patient care.
• Evaluate and report treatment results to adjust clinical interventions to align with patients' evolving needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our facility primarily serves patients with orthopedic conditions ranging from post-surgical rehabilitation to injury recovery. This includes athletes recovering from sports-related injuries, individuals dealing with chronic pain, and those needing rehabilitation after accidents. You will engage with a diverse client base, creating specialized programs that help them regain their mobility and functionality.

Qualifications

• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A pristine professional record with no histories of disciplinary actions taken against your license.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise protocols.
• Experience with EMR software, specifically WebPT, to enhance patient documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience

• A proven track record of experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting, demonstrating strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Experience developing and customizing fitness and wellness programs based on individual patient assessments.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate treatment outcomes and adapt strategies to enhance recovery.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
