Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients presenting with musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions, developing comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.
• Administer a variety of therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and the use of modalities to enhance recovery.
• Regularly monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes, utilizing outcomes tracking tools and documentation software.
• Educate patients on injury prevention strategies and the importance of home exercise programs to support long-term health and wellness.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, orthopedic specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with both state regulations and our clinic's standards, ensuring continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You'll be working with a diverse patient population ranging from athletes recovering from sports injuries to adults and seniors dealing with chronic pain or mobility challenges. Our clinic values a holistic approach that encourages open communication, active participation, and tailored interventions that align with each patient's recovery goals.

Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapy license in California or eligibility to obtain this licensure.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or an equivalent advanced physical therapy qualification.
• Two years of clinical experience, specifically within a rehabilitation setting focusing on orthopedic and sports rehab preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Strong manual therapy skills and a solid clinical reasoning ability to create effective management strategies for a variety of conditions.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing comprehensive, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Exceptional communication skills to facilitate patient education and clarify treatment processes.
• Comfortability working independently, as well as collaborating effectively in a team-oriented setting.

Compensation and Benefits
