Party Coordinator

Job Summary Party Coordinator responsible for selling fun. Serve as the first point of contact for Urban Air and work with guests to design the perfect combination of food, drinks, and attractions for birthday parties, church events, sports groups, corporate team building, or any other group event. Responsibilities Sell party packages and add value to customers. Respond to all leads within the next business day. Book sales three months in advance. Ensure an excellent customer experience. Resolve conflicts quickly and fairly. Represent the park and deliver an excellent guest experience for all groups. Follow up with guests to confirm expectations were met or exceeded. Support leadership in driving the store's financial results. Maintain a safe, secure, and sanitary environment. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Attributes Outgoing and personable with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Enthusiastic about working in a fast‑paced, multi‑faceted family entertainment environment. Motivated to achieve and exceed sales goals. Positive energy and a “You got it” attitude. Strong relationship‑building skills. Willingness to work Saturday, Sunday, and/or evening shifts. Working Environment Business‑casual attire. Non‑typical family entertainment setting with large attractions. Opportunities for personal development and career growth.
