Responsibilities
- Provide direct basic nursing care to residents under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Administer medications and document administration according to facility policy; monitor for adverse reactions.
- Assess resident status, report changes to supervising RN, and participate in care planning and care conferences.
- Assist with activities of daily living, promote safety, comfort, and dignity; uphold infection control practices.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement care plans and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record and ensure timely and complete charting.

Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Mexico or eligibility to practice per state requirements.
- Prior clinical experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred.
- Ability to work a 12-hour day shift schedule (06:00–18:30); 3 days per week with guaranteed hours.
- Willingness to participate in a travel assignment and commit to a 13-week contract.
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
