Our client, a leading organization in the cosmetics industry, is seeking a Chemist I to join their team. As a Chemist I, you will be part of the Research & Development department supporting innovative product development initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, resourcefulness, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Chemist I Location: Clark, NJ What's the Job? Complete formulas and monitor their stability throughout the development process Make necessary adjustments to formulas to meet product specifications Create prototype formulas and perform modifications to optimize product performance Provide innovative solutions to challenges that arise during product development Collaborate with support groups within R&D and manage a minimum of five basic projects What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in a science-related field Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in the cosmetics industry Proficiency in computer literacy and data analysis Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a positive attitude What's in it for me?
