Sr. Manager, Brand Development and Launch - Schizophrenia

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute U.S. brand strategies and launch initiatives supporting commercial objectives
- Lead healthcare provider and patient-focused marketing programs aligned with approved brand strategy
- Manage external brand agencies and partners for quality execution of promotional materials and campaigns
- Analyze customer insights, market research, and competitive intelligence to inform brand recommendations
- Support promotional campaign development across personal and non-personal channels for brand awareness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences or related field with 8+ years pharma/biotech marketing experience
- MBA/Master's degree with 6+ years relevant commercial experience as alternative
- PharmD, PhD, or advanced degree with 4+ years commercial experience as alternative
- Demonstrated brand strategy development and execution in pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector
- Product launch planning and promotional materials development experience
- Proficiency managing external creative, digital, media, and research agencies
- Strong regulatory, legal, and pharmaceutical compliance knowledge for promotional activities
