Job Details Location: Stapley Health Center, Mesa, AZ Hours: Full Time, 40 hours/week Shifts: 5-8 or 4-10 shifts preferred; 2 evening shifts preferred (10-7pm or 11-8pm) Near US-60 / Stapley Drive Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish required. Patient population primarily Spanish-speaking. Experience treating co-occurring disorders preferred. Experience with DV groups (probationers) or treatment is a plus. Position is a blend of assessments, individual, and group sessions. Behavioral health experience preferred; new graduates considered. Master’s degree (MA, MC, MSW) in a behavioral health field. Arizona license: LCSW, LPC, LMSW, LAC in good standing. AZ licensure reimbursed when renewed as a TH employee (according to policy). Compensation Starting at $22.52 for BHT level therapists

• 57,000–$64,000 for associate level therapists (0–5 years: $57K–$59,950; 5+ years: $61K–$64,150)
• 70,000+ for independent licensed therapists (0–5 years: $70K–$73,450; 5–10 years: $75K–$78,500; 10+ years: $80K–$83K)

Additional Language Differential Pay

• 1/hour (≈$2,080 annually) for unlicensed clinicians.
• 2/hour (≈$4,160 annually) for licensed clinicians.

Responsibilities Provide outpatient counseling services to adults, children, adolescents, families, couples, and groups using the Triple Aim framework. Develop therapeutic relationships with clients and determine appropriate therapeutic interventions. Participate in treatment planning with each individual and/or family to improve overall health. Responsible for intakes, assessments, treatment and discharge planning, and group counseling through evidence‑based practices. Maintain thorough clinical documentation, chart progress, and ensure implementation of treatment and discharge plans. Monitor and follow up on client needs, and submit monthly service reports as required. Coordinate services as necessary, working in collaboration with various state, federal, and local agencies.
