We are currently accepting applications for a full-time Legal Administrative Clerk at our Dodge City office. We are seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client needs, and helping consumers resolve account balances while representing our clients with professionalism and care.

Interviews Begin: June 06, 2026

New Hire Training Class Begins: July 20, 2026

Responsibilities may change at the discretion of management based on business needs.

-Running errands

-Processing mail

-Scanning/Imaging documents and deposits

-Receptionist tasks

-Be responsible for cashbox

-minor building maintenance tasks

-taking payments from consumers

-some legal processing tasks

Qualifications

-Strong verbal and written communication skills with effective problem-solving abilities

-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

-Bilingual(Spanish) required

-Valid Driver's license required

-Excellent Driving record required

Ability to type at least 25 words per minute(required)
