HVAC Service Manager

Provide support and guidance to ensure they operate at peak performance and adhere to company standards. Technical Support: Provide hands‑on technical support to field technicians, assisting with complex service issues and repairs as needed. Performance Monitoring: Evaluate technicians' performance. Implement regular training to enhance technical skills and quality of work. Job Coordination: Oversee service calls to ensure efficient and timely responses to customers. Safety Compliance: Ensure that all technicians comply with safety regulations, codes and standards while completing jobs. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of field activities, service requests, and project statuses. Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of HVAC field experience with proven strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a high volume and sales‑driven environment. Strong problem‑solving and customer service skills. Physical Demands Stand/Sit:Mustbeableto remaininstationaryposition50%ofthetime. Mayberequiredtobend,climb (Stairs/Ladders),dorepetitivemotion,kneel,reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run. Maybe requiredto drive and sit for long periods of time. Mustbeable to maneuver up to 75 lb. by lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling. Mayberequired to work in outdoor weather conditions. The average starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $90K-$130k/Annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
