Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Now Assist Engineer to design, implement, and optimize AI-powered solutions across the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Business Continuity Management (BCM), Privacy, and Enterprise Risk while leveraging Now Assist, AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, and Generative AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement AI-powered ServiceNow solutions across IRM, GRC, BCM, Privacy, Audit, Risk, and Security Operations

Build conversational AI experiences using Now Assist Panel and Virtual Agent

Implement AI governance controls and compliance guardrails

Develop reusable automation components and support SDK/source-controlled development

Collaborate across Risk, Compliance, Security, and IT teams

Explain AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills

Strong ServiceNow platform engineering experience

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Now Assist, AI Agents, and Agentic Workflows

Experience supporting IRM, GRC, BCM, Privacy, Audit, Risk, and Security Operations functions

ServiceNow configuration and development using platform-native capabilities

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Skills

Generative AI / Now Assist implementation experience

Enterprise risk management knowledge

Workflow automation background

Location & Work Model
Fully onsite (5 days/week). Available locations: Phoenix, AZ | Charlotte, NC | New York, NY | Utah.
