Our client is an organization in the Dane County area that’s looking for a HR Generalist Our client is looking for someone with 3+ years of experience, organized, and who has exceptional communication skills. The salary for this position is $65k - $85k.

The HR Generalist will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facilitate recruiting efforts including sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes for hourly manufacturing roles
• Support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth new hire experience
• Administer payroll and benefits-related processes while serving as a resource for employee questions
• Act as a day-to-day HR point of contact for employees and leaders across the organization
• Support HR operations and maintain accurate employee information within the HRIS system
• Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies within HR systems and workflows
• Support talent development and retention strategies to strengthen organizational effectiveness

The HR Generalist will possess the following:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Bilingual Spanish skills required
• 3+ years of HR experience required
• Associate’s degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered in lieu of degree
• Experience with benefits, onboarding, and general HR operations
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Experience working within an HRIS system and improving processes and efficiencies
