8x Social runs end-to-end UGC and creator campaigns for consumer and B2B technology companies across the US, UK, Europe, India, LATAM and the Middle East. We build creator networks per client, produce content at volume, and report on what actually moved the numbers. We run our own branded social accounts, starting in the US. They do two jobs: they define what 8x looks like in a market, and they are how a growing number of our creators find us in the first place. In effect we become a client of our own business. II. What you'll own 8x's branded Instagram and TikTok. For the US market — strategy through to posting. Content direction. Deciding what 8x sounds and looks like in market, not executing someone else's brand book. Creator acquisition. The account is a sourcing channel; inbound creator interest is a metric you own. Creative direction for others. Hooks, script ideas and performance reads for team members running branded accounts in Germany, the UK and elsewhere. Transferring what works. From the US model into new geographies as they launch. III. What we're looking for You have grown a branded account. Not just a personal one, and can show the trajectory. Part creator, part strategist. Comfortable being on camera and behind the plan. Fluent in US B2B and tech social culture. Specifically. Able to give creative direction. To people you do not manage. IV. Compensation $900 – $1,300 per month base, depending on experience and location. Plus a performance bonus tied to creators who sign up through the account and go on to complete a first campaign — a countable outcome rather than a follower number. V.
