We work closely together to deliver top-tier care to our Kingman community while enjoying a positive, respectful daily work environment!The Role: What You'll DoWe are seeking a reliable, skilled, and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our clinical team. In this role, you will work side-by-side with our doctor across a variety of general dentistry procedures, ensuring our patients feel comfortable, safe, and well-cared for from the moment they sit in the chair.Key Responsibilities:Chairside Assisting:Assist the doctor during clinical procedures, maintaining efficient instrument pass-through and patient comfort.Diagnostic Imaging: Prepare patients for and capture high-quality dental X-rays.Clinical Preparation & Sterilization: Turn over operatories between patients, sterilize instruments, and strictly follow infection control and OSHA guidelines.Patient Care & Comfort: Seat patients, review health histories, explain treatment steps in warm/accessible terms, and provide post-operative instructions.Hygiene Support: Assist hygiene team members with charting, room turnover, and clinical workflow when needed.Clinical Documentation: Accurately record patient treatment notes and charts in a timely manner.What We Are Looking ForRequired Qualifications:Certifications: Active Arizona Dental Assistant Certification and AZ Dental Radiologic (X-Ray) Certification is required.Experience: Prior hands-on dental assisting experience is required.Technical Skills: Proficiency in chairside techniques, sterilization protocols, and digital diagnostic X-rays.Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, a compassionate chairside bedside manner, and a strong teamwork mindset.Punctuality: Dependable daily attendance for our 7:15 AM start time to ensure operatories are fully prepped for morning procedures.Why Join Our Team?Competitive Benefits: We invest in our team with Medical, Dental, Vision coverage, and a 401(k) plan!Earning Potential: Competitive base pay ($18.00 – $20.00/hr) complemented by a Monthly Team Performance Bonus that lets you share directly in the office's success!1-Doctor Focus: Work alongside 1 dedicated doctor in a balanced 6-operatory setup-no scrambling between multiple providers.Predictable Schedule: Full-time weekday hours (Monday–Friday) with no weekend shifts!A Team That Has Your Back: Join a supportive, close-knit team where your clinical skills and hard work are genuinely appreciated.Ready to Take the Next Step in Your Dental Career?If you're a certified, dependable Dental Assistant looking for a great team home in Kingman, we'd love to speak with you!
