Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health and substance abuse histories, guiding the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Lead engaging individual and group therapy sessions that utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of young clients.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate integrated care and share critical client insights, ensuring a holistic approach to recovery.

• Educate family members about mental health issues and involve them actively in their loved ones’ recovery journeys.

• Maintain meticulous records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and professional accountability.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and young adults seeking support for various mental health challenges. You will engage with clients who often experience societal and personal barriers, such as stigma, accessibility issues, and economic factors. By fostering a supportive and understanding atmosphere, you will encourage clients to share their experiences, facilitating their path to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Current state licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or PsyD is mandatory.
\n
• Experience providing telehealth therapy, particularly to adolescents and young adults, is essential.
\n
• Strong competency in using technology and telehealth platforms, including Google Suite and electronic health records (EHRs).

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and their families.
\n
• Commitment to maintaining a professional presence and establishing a warm and empathetic connection with all patients.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions is preferred.

• A willingness to undergo training in our evidence-based treatment frameworks, known as our Care Pathways, to standardize and improve therapeutic outcomes.

• Comfort with a fully remote work environment, backed by a reliable internet connection and privacy measures to sustain patient confidentiality.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive annual salary in the range of $115,000 to $130,000 , commensurate with experience.
