Delivery Driver Position

Delivery drivers are members of the Chick-fil-A family and will help maintain our high standards of presentation, service, and care. Delivery drivers are typically offered part-time or full-time positions. The ideal candidate should be able to execute Chick-fil-A hospitality with our guests in an affectionate manner. Clear communication skills and excellent service through our delivery app are paramount to help us continue to meet our guests' expectations outside the restaurant. A clean driving history is preferred.

Responsibilities of the delivery driver:

• Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador by adopting and demonstrating our values and culture at the highest level at all times.
• Execute best practices for safe driving when operating delivery vehicles for food deliveries with a sense of urgency
• Ensure customer satisfaction by protecting and defending our brand at all times while addressing customer concerns as they arise during a delivery.
• Maintain operational excellence in vehicles and in the delivery assembly area (cleanliness, speed and accuracy, food taste, and care and courtesy) at all times.
• Meet with the supervisor on shift to receive specific positions and duties for the current shift
• Comply with Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements and qualifications:

• Must have a smartphone with a functioning data plan and GPS
• Must have a valid state-issued driver's license
• Ability to carry delivery bags (approximately 25 lbs)
• A clean driving history is preferred
