What You'll Do Handle incoming customer calls and provide support with orders, products, and inquiries Process orders accurately and maintain customer account information Build strong relationships through clear, helpful communication Troubleshoot issues and provide timely, effective solutions Document customer interactions and ensure follow-through Use internal systems (CRM/order platforms) to track and manage requests Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience What You Bring Previous customer service or administrative/data entry experience preferred Strong communication skills (phone + written) Attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset Basic computer skills; CRM experience is a plus Schedule Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM What You'll Get Weekly pay Paid holidays + 80 hours of PTO in your first year Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with 3% Safe Harbor company contribution $100/month food credit (on-site kitchen) Employee discounts Important to Know This is an hourly, non-exempt position eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable laws Employment is contingent on successfully passing a background check Aeromotive is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-Verify Aeromotive reserves the right to modify, amend, or terminate benefits at any time, with or without notice Ready to get started?
