About the Role
We're looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to build and own the systems, processes, and infrastructure that power our go-to-market organization.
Reporting directly to the CRO, you'll work across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to create a scalable, data-driven revenue engine.
This is a highly hands-on role that combines revenue strategy, technical execution, and AI-powered automation. You'll own our CRM, revenue data, reporting, and GTM workflows while building solutions that improve efficiency and help our teams spend more time with customers.
We're looking for a strategic thinker and hands-on builder who can challenge existing processes, introduce new approaches, and turn ideas into working solutions.
What You'll Do
- Own Revenue Operations: Build and optimize the processes, systems, and infrastructure supporting the entire revenue organization.
- Drive Revenue Visibility: Establish clear funnel definitions, KPIs, dashboards, and forecasting to provide reliable, real-time insights into revenue performance.
- Lead CRM Strategy: Own CRM architecture, data integrity, and optimization, including our transition from HubSpot to Salesforce.
- Build AI & Automation Solutions: Design and implement AI-powered workflows, agents, integrations, and automations that eliminate manual work and improve productivity.
- Optimize GTM Processes: Identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and establish scalable processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Partner with Leadership: Work closely with the CRO and cross-functional leaders to improve pipeline performance, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure Data Quality & Accountability: Create a single source of truth for revenue data and drive consistent process adoption across teams.
What We're Looking For
- Significant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Engineering, or similar roles in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of revenue funnels, pipeline management, forecasting, and GTM performance metrics.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce and HubSpot, including CRM architecture, administration, and data management.
- Proven ability to independently build workflows, integrations, automations, and AI-powered solutions.
- Technical proficiency with APIs, scripting, automation platforms, and modern AI tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Experience driving cross-functional processes and implementing scalable operational improvements.
- Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach.
