ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I was born and raised in Shreveport and graduated from C.E. Byrd High School. I went on to play baseball at Louisiana College, where I began my insurance career as a State Farm team member. I've always had a goal of owning my own business and serving my community, which led me to open my agency in 2021.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Andrew Robinson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
