Marketing & Content Coordinator

Job Summary Manage customer-focused marketing by coordinating all communication channels and customer touch points while maintaining consistent brand messaging and uniformity. Customers include consumers, employees (current and prospective), vendors, suppliers, and the community. Digital Media Responsibilities Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns. Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability. Ensure incoming leads reach appropriate internal customer in a timely manner. Contribute to company web presence to boost brand awareness and positive ratings. Maintain a strong online company voice through social media with a goal of achieving positive reviews. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance landing pages and user experience. Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across social media platforms. Collaborate with vendor partners. Stay up-to-date with digital media developments, evaluate emerging technologies, and provide suggestions for adoption where appropriate. Obtain and utilize images and/or video to enhance digital media content as needed. Monitor social media for potential threats and/or opportunities. Additional Responsibilities Adhere to, support and promote the ACF vision and mission statements. Create and manage content for social media, websites, blogs, newsletters, and marketing materials. Develop and maintain a content calendar. Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. Write compelling copy that aligns with the company's brand voice. Design basic marketing graphics and promotional materials. Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts and engaging with followers. Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports using analytics tools. Assist with email marketing campaigns. Collaborate with team members on branding, events, and promotional initiatives. Stay current on marketing trends and recommend new ideas. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong copywriting and editing abilities. Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube). Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress). Knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp). Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Understanding of SEO best practices. Experience with Google Analytics or similar reporting tools. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Creative thinking with attention to detail. Self‑motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with a team. Problem‑solving: ability to communicate a company's message on different platforms, and sometimes convey sensitive issues. Interpersonal skills: friendly and approachable online. Work environment requires exposure to computer screen, typing/mouse usage, climbing, and extended periods of sedentary work. Position requires driving occasionally to pick‑up marketing material. Ability to lift materials up to 10–15 pounds. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Working knowledge of WordPress. Print production experience. Social media campaign manager or scheduler. Minimum Job Qualifications Associate's degree in marketing or a related field, 3–5 years of directly related work experience, or a combination of direct experience and education.
