Accounting Supervisor The Accounting Supervisor plays a critical role in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting operational efficiency, and ensuring strong internal controls. This individual will work closely with finance leadership while overseeing key accounting functions and providing guidance and support to accounting team members. Salary up to $88,000 + 10% bonus potential Why You Want to Work Here as the Accounting Supervisor: 401(k) with employer match 3 weeks PTO to start Complimentary meals and subsidized parking Career growth opportunities with a clear path toward senior leadership Responsibilities of the Accounting Supervisor: Oversee month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements Review and analyze balance sheets, P&L statements, and financial reporting Provide day-to-day leadership, training, and support to team members in AP and AR Partner with finance leadership to improve processes and strengthen internal controls What You Need as the Accounting Supervisor: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 4+ years of progressive accounting experience Demonstrated ability to lead projects, mentor colleagues, and drive process improvements Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
