Vice President OF Supply Chain

We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Supply Chain for an innovative, fast-growing automotive industry leader. This is an onsite role located in eastern Pennsylvania. The SVP Supply Chain will lead the order-to-cash value stream end-to-end. Reporting directly to the CEO, this person will bring unified ownership to the full supply chain journey, from supplier selection and cost management to on-time customer delivery. With full P&L influencing responsibility across sourcing, SIOP, inventory planning, and global distribution, this is a high-impact/high-accountability role. We are seeking a process-led operator and strategic leader who can build structure, drive cross-functional alignment, and develop a high-performing supply team. You will be the single accountable leader for supplier development, purchase price variance delivery, demand/supply balance, and outbound distribution performance, directly contributing to profitability, working capital position, and customer experience. Additionally, you bring, drive, grit, and an owner mentality to the work that you do every day. The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience in a product-led, import-oriented industry, with demonstrated responsibility for both strategic and operational supply chain functions. Deep expertise in SIOP/S&OP process design and facilitation in a multi-channel business, global sourcing experience (ideally Asia), a proven track record leading supply chain transformation, and strong commercial acumen are critical to success. #J-18808-Ljbffr
