A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.Job Summary:Overall responsibility for supplier on-boarding documentation function, improving time-to-revenue while ensuring an adequate control environment. Directly supervise our offshore contractors involved in the function. Work with Supply Chain Finance (SCF) team members, broader MUFG functional partners, vendor platforms, and internal/external/foreign counsel. Responsibilities: Analytical Responsibilities:Analyze current processes for improvementMonitor team performance vs. SOWWeekly/Monthly reporting as required on special programs e.g. Dynamic DiscountMaintain and adjust Standard Operating ProceduresDefine requirements for system enhancements including workflow tool and e-doc platformSupplier On-Boarding activities:Directly manage offshore team and conduct daily meetings with offshore contractors to review suppliers in progress; ensure deals in flight are assigned and trackedOversee special Onboarding requirements for foreign suppliers, liaising with foreign counsel as neededWork with cross-functional teams to achieve completion of supplier onboarding on a timely basis, leading regular cross-functional meetings (i.e. SCF Acquisitions, Operations, Legal etc.)Liaise with KYC teams as needed to review and escalate issuesOversee RCSA updates and serve as business lead for quarterly control testingReview and approve UCC filings/collateral descriptions and work with external/internal Legal counsel and SCF Acquisitions to resolve outstanding conflicting claimsUtilize and approve Onboarding process steps in multiple internal/external systemsProvide guidance for onboarding activities for TPS and two fin-tech platforms with similar but different Onboarding stepsFinal review of documentation received from supplier for completeness and correctness: work directly with supplier, counsel, operations, and/or SCF Acquisitions to resolve any issuesOther tasks and special projects as assignedQualificationsCompletion of a degree from a four-year college (e.g., B.A., B.S.), advanced degree or equivalent experience preferableExcellent attention to detailsStrong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to take charge, follow up, and simultaneously manage multiple activities concurrently.Excellent interpersonal/communications capabilities with the ability to work in a multifaceted/diverse team environment.Strong oral and written presentation skills and comfortable working at all levels internally and externally.Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks to achieve aggressive onboarding goals.Minimum three years of relevant experience.The typical base range for this role is between $110K to $177K per year depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
