What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced ER setting
- Apply nursing process according to Oregon State Board of Nursing scope of practice
- Document patient care thoroughly in medical records
- Educate patients and their families about care plans and treatments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care effectively
- Assist in procedures and respond promptly to emergent situations in the ER
What You Need
Required:- Oregon RN license
- Experience in emergency or acute care settings
- Previous ER or critical care experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
