We partner closely with schools and families to provide high-quality programming that supports academic success while helping students grow socially and emotionally.We're passionate about developing great leaders, investing in our teams, and creating opportunities for advancement as our organization continues to grow.About the RoleLeading Edge is seeking experienced, organized, and enthusiastic Site Directors to lead our after-school programs serving Woodbridge School DistrictThis is a hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing the daily operation of a licensed school-age childcare program while creating a welcoming, engaging, and safe environment for students, families, and staff.Our Site Directors wear many hats. They're coaches, mentors, relationship builders, problem solvers, curriculum leaders, and trusted partners within their school communities.
