Travel Skilled Nursing Facility Physical Therapist - $800 per week

Job Overview Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Tucson, Arizona. Start date: June 1 2026. 40 hours per week, 8‑hour shifts. Employment type: travel. Qualifications Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Arizona state PT license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long‑term care setting preferred. Experience with restorative programs, transfers, gait training, and use of common SNF equipment preferred. Preferred Qualifications Previous travel therapy experience preferred. Experience with documentation systems commonly used in SNFs preferred. Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility in Tucson, AZ.
