Position Overview: \n

\nWe are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible outpatient neurologist to help build a newly established service line in the community. -The physician will be seeing patients in an outpatient clinic with no inpatient responsibilities.  This is a full-time outpatient role offering a balanced schedule with dedicated administrative time and strong earning potential.\n
\n
\nThe ideal candidate is clinically confident, patient-focused, and comfortable managing a variety of neurological conditions in an outpatient setting. New graduates are welcome to apply.\n
\n
Key Responsibilities: \n
\n
\n

\n
• Provide comprehensive outpatient neurological care
\n
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of neurological conditions
\n
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
\n
• See approximately 14–16 patients per day (half new, half follow-up visits)
\n
• Participate in care coordination and administrative duties one day per week
\n
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care
\n

• Open to new graduates
\n
• Eligible for Texas medical licensure
\n
• Active DEA (or ability to obtain)
\n

• 50% employer subsidy toward individual health insurance premium

• Performance Bonus: Up to $150,000 per year (paid every 4 months based on productivity and performance metrics)
