The OB/GYN Medical Director provides full-scope OB/GYN care while serving as a clinical leader within Diana Health’s integrated care model, partnering closely with Certified Nurse Midwives, practice leadership, and hospital teams.
Key Responsibilities \n- \n
- Provide full-scope outpatient OB/GYN care, including office-based and hospital-based gynecologic procedures and surgeries. \n
- Serve as Medical Director, providing clinical leadership and oversight within a team-based, integrated care model. \n
- Support and supervise Certified Nurse Midwives as needed, serving as physician backup and co-managing cases. \n
- Develop and review clinical policies, protocols, and patient education materials. \n
- Partner with Practice leadership on clinical operations and patient safety. \n
- Participate in regulatory, accreditation, and quality improvement activities. \n
- Provide clinical education and collaborate across clinical and non-clinical teams. \n
- Participate in an agreed number of 24-hour laborist call shifts, serving as backup to in-house CNMs. \n
- Ensure timely, accurate documentation and patient communications. \n

Qualifications
\n- \n
- Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology \n
- 5+ years of clinical experience preferred \n
- Demonstrated leadership experience \n
- Trained in robotics \n
- Active DEA \n
- Licensed to practice in Texas upon start date \n
- Collaborative, patient-centered approach to care \n
