Facilities Operations Manager

DiGeronimo Development seeks an Operations and Maintenance Manager to lead daily maintenance operations, supervise a small team, and ensure building safety and code compliance across multiple properties. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, tenant requests, and vendor management.
