Summary Who We Are & Our Mission - Morton Plant Mease Health Care Foundation Provides advanced administrative/secretarial support to the executive. Manages schedules by screening telephone calls, coordinating meetings and appointments, and recording travel arrangements. Prepares correspondence, memos, reports, minutes, etc. as instructed. Performs other administrative and secretarial functions as required. Greets and directs visitors and team members. Maintains the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality. Minimum Qualifications Education: Required: HS Graduate or Equivalent GED Preferred: Associate degree Experience: Required: 2 years of Administrative Support Preferred: Executive Assistant experience Location: Morton Plant Foundation Status: Full Time, Exempt: Yes Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Weekend Work: Occasional On Call: No How often will this team member be working remotely?
