Responsibilities Own the talent acquisition and recruitment processes for assigned openings. Partner with hiring managers and other leaders to determine key requirements for roles. Use your creativity to communicate and post opportunities. Develop recruiting strategies and conduct sourcing actions to attract candidates. Manage candidate activity on applicant tracking system. Promote a company culture of excellence and seek best fits as you screen and interview candidates. Present candidates to hiring managers and schedule interviews. Follow up with managers to assure forward momentum in the interview and hiring process. Communicate and extend offers. Use negotiation skills to garner acceptances. Guide new staff through the onboarding process. Coordinate onboarding with internal partners to assure a smooth and positive experience. Qualifications Educational Background: BS/BA in Business, Human Resources, or relevant field preferred. Work Experience: At least 3 years of full cycle corporate recruiting experience required. Must have experience managing ongoing, at times high-volume, recruiting using a variety of techniques, for a variety of roles from entry level to professional to management level. Outstanding communication and people skills. Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; applicant tracking systems (e.g., ADP). Aptitude in problem‑solving and strategic thinking. Desire to work as a team with a result‑driven approach. Additional HR training, experience, or education will be a plus.
