This role sits on the studio side of the house: the engine that takes ventures from validation to traction to scale.
The Role
We’re looking for an AI Growth Architect who thrives at the intersection of growth strategy, product-led motion, and hands-on experimentation. You’ll shape and scale go-to-market across multiple early-stage AI ventures from the ground up, partnering with founders and NewCo CEOs as companies stand up and grow.
This is not a strategy-deck role. It’s an operating role for someone who designs the funnel, builds the automation, ships the experiment, and reads the data, often on the same day. You’ll be the person who cracks a channel and then hands the studio a repeatable playbook.
Mandatory Requirements
- AI-native, today. You build growth systems on top of AI agents and automation as core infrastructure, not as a side experiment. If you’re still using AI as a chat window, this isn’t the role.
- You ship, not deck. You run growth experiments fast: viral loops, referral programs, scrappy marketing hacks, automated funnels. You test traction in days, not quarters.
- GTM track record. 3 to 6 years in growth, product marketing, or go-to-market roles, ideally at a startup or scale-up where you owned outcomes.
- PLG and B2B SaaS fluency. You know product-led growth motions and B2B SaaS go-to-market well enough to stand one up without a playbook.
What You Will Do
- Lead go-to-market strategy across multiple portfolio companies, from early validation to launch to scale.
- Build and run growth experiments (viral loops, referral programs, automation, scrappy marketing hacks) to test traction quickly.
- Develop and own acquisition funnels across channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, email, SEO, content).
- Partner with product and design to shape positioning, messaging, and the customer journey.
- Design and track key growth metrics, including CAC, LTV, conversion, and retention.
- Identify and set up tooling and automation (CRM, analytics, marketing automation, growth ops infrastructure).
- Collaborate with CEOs and founders-in-residence to translate GTM strategy into execution.
- What You Bring
- A strong digital marketing toolkit: performance ads, SEO/SEM, social, content, and community-led growth.
- Technical fluency: comfortable setting up automation tools, analytics dashboards, or light no-code builds.
- Data-driven but creative: you can analyze funnel drop-off and draft a viral LinkedIn post.
- Energy for a fast-paced, ambiguous, entrepreneurial environment.
