What You'll Do Create, edit, and meticulously maintain website content across various distinct brands, ensuring unwavering accuracy, brand consistency, and adherence to established guidelines. Develop and update essential content such as FAQ sections, detailed program pages, and high-impact landing pages, all designed to proactively address prospective student inquiries and support critical enrollment objectives. Masterfully transform intricate information into clear, concise, and user-friendly web copy that resonates with diverse audiences. Skillfully adapt messaging and tone to align with the unique identity of each brand, while consistently delivering a seamless and intuitive user experience. Guarantee that all content meets rigorous accessibility standards, editorial guidelines, and legal requirements. Leverage advanced content generation tools to enhance efficiency, ensuring that all output maintains exceptional originality and quality. Engage in close collaboration with project managers, marketing specialists, and key stakeholders to gather necessary information, facilitate content reviews, and meet critical publishing deadlines. Efficiently manage a diverse portfolio of content requests simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and an unwavering commitment to detail. Must-Have Qualifications 3-5+ years of professional experience in web content writing or web copyediting, gained within an agency, marketing department, or in-house environment. Proven experience in writing and maintaining website content within a Content Management System (CMS). Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, coupled with an outstanding eye for detail. A critical thinker with the ability to anticipate user questions, logically organize information, and consistently create content that elevates the overall website experience. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced production environment. Nice-to-Have Qualifications Experience within the higher education sector.
