Pre-Owned Luxury, Part-Time

Bellevue, Washington. On-site. $25–$30 per hour plus 2% sales commission.

Guaranteed 20 hours per week. Additional hours by prior mutual agreement.

About ERC Luxury and the Role

ERC Luxury specializes in pre-owned designer handbags and fashion accessories. We are building

direct-to-consumer sales using our U.S.-based inventory and local operations, primarily serving

English-speaking U.S. customers while also engaging Chinese-speaking customers in the United

States.

We are seeking a hands-on, part-time specialist to turn compelling product content into qualified

inquiries and online purchases. This role combines English-language content creation, social media

operations, product-page support, and customer follow-up, not content publishing alone.

Key Responsibilities

• Create English-language product photos, short videos, captions, and demonstrations using

physical inventory; accurately show materials, dimensions, accessories, condition, and visible

wear.

• Plan and manage an Instagram and Facebook content calendar. Adapt selected content for

TikTok, and Xiaohongshu as priorities and scheduled hours allow; support livestreams where

appropriate.

• Maintain accurate product listings and purchase links. Verify SKU, stock availability, product

details, and approved retail prices before publication.

• Respond to comments and direct messages during scheduled work hours; understand

customer needs, recommend suitable products, provide purchase links, and record sales

follow-up.

• Coordinate stock checks, fulfillment, and after-sales questions with the team. Follow approved

policies for discounts, refunds, authenticity information, and delivery commitments.

• Research relevant competitors, pricing, and customer interests. Report weekly on traffic,

qualified inquiries, paid orders, sales net of returns, and profitability where data is available.

• Use company accounts and retain working files and customer records in company systems.

Protect customer information, procurement costs, and non-public wholesale pricing.

What You Bring

• Fluent professional English, including strong writing, clear product presentation, and effective

customer communication.

• Genuine interest in pre-owned designer handbags and willingness to learn product details,

condition standards, and responsible product descriptions.

• Demonstrable content-creation ability through prior work or a sample project; willingness to

learn sales follow-up and connect content performance with customer purchases.

• Strong organization, attention to detail, and comfort with spreadsheets and basic platform

analytics; availability for on-site work at our Bellevue office.

Mandarin proficiency is strongly preferred for collaboration with our China-based sourcing team.

Relevant social media, e-commerce, luxury resale, retail sales, or customer-service experience is

valued, along with familiarity with CapCut, Canva, or similar tools. On-camera and livestream

experience is a plus. Relevant education is welcome, but current-student or recent-graduate status is

not required; practical ability and work samples matter most.

This is an on-site, part-time employee position based at our Bellevue, Washington office, with a

guaranteed regular schedule of 20 hours per week. Additional hours and any evening or weekend

shifts will be agreed in advance. Customer-response coverage will be defined within paid working

hours; continuous availability is not expected.

Pay is $25–$30 per hour, based on relevant skills and experience. All working time, including

required training and meetings, is paid. Paid sick leave is provided in accordance with Washington

law.

Sales Commission

In addition to hourly pay, this position earns a sales commission equal to 2% of attributable net

merchandise sales. Net merchandise sales means the amount actually paid for merchandise after

discounts, returns, and refunds, excluding sales tax and shipping charges.

A sale qualifies once the sale is completed and the applicable customer return period has expired.

Qualifying sales are included in the calculation for the calendar month in which both conditions are

met, and the commission is paid in the following month on the scheduled commission payday, subject

to applicable wage-payment deadlines.

First 90 Days and Growth

The initial 90-day performance review will assess product accuracy, English communication, content

consistency, reliable customer follow-up, and measurable progress from content to inquiries and

sales. Priorities and targets will reflect available inventory, approved resources, and scheduled hours,

not follower counts alone.

Strong performance may lead to expanded responsibilities, additional hours, or consideration for a

full-time role, subject to business needs. Completion of the review period does not guarantee a change

in employment status, pay, hours, or immigration sponsorship.

Work Authorization and Future Sponsorship

Candidates must have valid U.S. work authorization before starting. CPT/OPT candidates may be

considered where the role, actual schedule, field of study, and required approvals meet applicable

school and immigration requirements. STEM OPT eligibility and employer obligations will be

assessed separately; eligibility is not assumed.

ERC Luxury may consider future employment-based sponsorship, including H-1B, for an eligible role

and candidate, subject to business needs, legal review, and applicable requirements. Such

consideration is separate from the 90-day review or any move to full-time employment. Sponsorship

and immigration approval are not guaranteed.
