Job Overview Warehouse Operations Associate – Restaurant Technologies. The Warehouse Operations Associate is a key member of our depot team, overseeing shipping, receiving, inventory management, fleet upkeep, and maintenance to keep cooking oil operations running smoothly while maintaining food safety and regulatory compliance. Compensation &Schedule $22 per hour + Shift Differential + OT + Quarterly Bonuses up to $1,000. Opportunities to increase base pay with weekend shifts, tenure and level‑up development programs. Shift: Wednesday – Saturday (4×10s), 11:00am – 9:30pm. Benefits $0 premium Medical for single coverage or employer HSA contribution for family coverage. Primary Responsibilities Shipping, Receiving and Inventory Management – oversee shipping to customers, prepare returns, support weekly receiving of oil tanker trucks, verify load specifications, maintain warehouse organization, inspect samples, operate forklift, load fleet vehicles. Fleet Maintenance – follow weekly SSOPs, clean filter and hoses, verify flow meters, perform calibrations and repairs on pumps, hoses, tanks, and drive DOT‑regulated trucks if CDL is available. Warehouse Cleaning and Maintenance – execute daily SSOPs, complete food safety documentation, maintain sanitary conditions, document corrective actions. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 21 years of age. 2+ years of warehouse–related experience. Valid driver’s license and willing to obtain a current DOT medical card. Clean driving record and upload fleet safety policy requirements. Willing to obtain forklift operator certification (training provided). Mechanically inclined; able to perform basic repairs and maintenance on fleet equipment and warehouse machinery. Comfortable using smartphones and handheld devices for warehouse tasks. Able to lift a minimum of 50pounds and to perform physical tasks requiring bending, stooping, squatting, standing, walking, climbing or reaching. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to set priorities and collaborate with internal teams. Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. 3+ years of warehouse experience (shipping, receiving, inventory). 2+ years executing daily SSOPs and completing HACCP documentation. 2+ years of fleet maintenance, cleaning, calibration and minor repairs. Previous experience driving trucks with CDL Class A or B.
