What We're Looking For:

Advanced Technical Expertise: Proven experience working on large-scale HVAC systems, including chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, and associated mechanical systems.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex HVAC issues under pressure, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient operation of critical systems.
Attention to Detail: Precision and thoroughness in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of complex HVAC systems.
Self-Motivation: A proactive technician who uses resources effectively and manages time well.
Leadership and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, mentoring junior technicians and providing support when needed.
