We thrive on innovation and leverage cutting-edge technology and systems to run the firm like a business./ppThis role is critical to supporting both executive leadership and the people systems that power our growth./ppPosition Overview/ppThis position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, strong communication, and the ability to manage executive priorities while building and maintaining scalable people systems. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in both executive and HR-focused environments./ppResponsibilities/pulliManage a broad range of administrative tasks, including managing a highly active calendar, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and compiling reports and materials./liliDraft and prepare correspondence, presentations, and documents, including confidential and sensitive information./liliCoordinate schedules to ensure the Executives time is used effectively and priorities are followed and respected./liliAct as a gatekeeper by creating win-win situations for direct access to time and resources./liliAttend meetings, take detailed and accurate meeting minutes, and distribute notes and action items./liliTrack, follow up on, and ensure completion of action items and Defined Work using internal systems (e.g., Notion)./liliServe as a primary point of contact between the Executive and internal departments, maintaining credibility, trust, and clear communication./liliKeep the Executive informed of upcoming commitments, deadlines, and organizational issues; anticipate needs and proactively address conflicts./liliSupport and manage special projects led by the Executive that may have firm-wide impact./liliPrioritize competing demands and handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and with sound judgment./liliManage executive business and personal calendar, including scheduling, coordination, and prioritization across both professional and personal commitments./liliProvide executive and personal support, including running errands, coordinating appointments, and handling day-to-day logistics./li/ulpQualifications/pulliBachelors degree required/lili3+ years of experience working as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting a C-level executive/liliExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines seamlessly/liliStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skills/liliExpert-level written and verbal communication skills/liliDemonstrated proactive problem-solving and strong decision-making ability/liliHighly resourceful team player with the ability to work independently/liliProven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism/liliAbility to perform in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment/liliTechnically savvy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools/li/ulpCompensation Benefits/pulliSalary commensurate with experience/liliPaid time off (20 days) and 12 paid holidays/liliMedical, vision, and dental insurance (100% of base medical plan covered by the firm)/liliSimple IRA with up to 3% company match/liliOngoing training and mentoring opportunities/li/ulpOur Core Principles/pulliExcellence Always/liliOnly the Best/liliFailure Is Not an Option/liliWe Outwork Our Opponents/liliWe All Take Out the Trash/liliRun the Firm Like a Business/li/ul/div
