Title
GHR Program Manager

Schedule
Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Work hours will range between 6:45 AM and 6:00 PM, with extended hours on Tuesdays until 8:00 PM.

Assignment Details
Contract Length: 14 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Medical Assistant
- Epic EMR experience preferred
- Must be able to work until all patients are completed

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist practice managers and physicians in maintaining a patient/customer focus.
- Support the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Engage in patient preparation, technical tasks, and patient/family communication.
- Contribute to meeting patient satisfaction and operational targets.

Compliance / Notes
- Submit candidates with the submission cover form and resume in one document.
- Include reason for leaving previous positions and any applications submitted directly to the health system in screening questions.
- Candidates must start compliance processes immediately upon acceptance of the award.
