GHR Program Manager – Program Coordinator

Schedule: Monday through Friday. Weekly schedule will include 1 late shift of 11:45 AM - 8:15 PM. Other shifts will be 7:45 AM - 4:15 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:45 PM.

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 14 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 40

Requirements:

• Experience with patient management systems, EPIC experience is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Room patients and assist with patient calls.
• Schedule appointments and manage booking.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Compliance / Notes:

• Candidates must submit a cover form and resume in one document.
• RTO (Request Time Off) must be listed on the submission cover form for consideration.
• Compliance documentation is due the Wednesday before the start date, including medicals and drug screens.
• Candidates must be prepared to start compliance requirements immediately upon accepting the award.
