Responsibilities As a Retail Assistant Store Manager, you will work jointly with the Store Manager to create a sales environment that delivers exceptional customer service and a successful business. You will inspire and motivate your team by teaching and coaching them on the sales floor, encouraging success and learning opportunities, and analyzing their performance. Qualifications Management experience or equivalent. At least 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service setting. Analytical ability to identify and address areas of improvement for the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals. Strong communication skills and ability to take instructions from leadership staff. Basic computer skills (word processing, email, Google Sheets or Excel). Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to lift and/or move 20 lbs. Statement We Take Equal Opportunity Seriously.
