Streamwood Behavioral Healthcare System (SBHS) seeks an experienced Director for the Illinois Business Center to oversee billing, collections, admissions, and data processing across multiple facilities. The role partners with executive leadership to deliver performance reporting and strategic initiatives.
You will supervise team leads and staff, drive revenue capture, and ensure timely cash collection, while maintaining compliance with complex payer contracts and government programs.
