• Experience: 2+ years in high-risk OB, Epic experience, teaching hospital experience, 200-300 births/month

What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality nursing care in a high-risk OB unit supporting 200-300 births per month
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Utilize Epic electronic health records to document patient care accurately
• Monitor and respond to patient needs during night shifts, ensuring comfort and safety
• Assist with complex deliveries and postpartum care
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with OB best practices
• Support float requirements to nearby Mother/Baby units as needed

What You Need:

• Valid RN license in Louisiana or eligibility to obtain
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-risk OB or labor & delivery units
• Epic electronic health record experience
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate, FHM
• Experience with high-volume, teaching hospital environment

• Experience with 200-300 births per month
• Teaching hospital background
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
