Pay & Benefits

What You'll Do
- Provide expert neonatal care in a fast-paced Level 3 NICU with an average census of 17 patients
- Manage over 400 NICU admissions annually, utilizing advanced neonatal technologies
- Participate in a team of 7 neonatologists managing congenital and acquired neonatal conditions
- Collaborate closely with obstetric and pediatric teams within a regional perinatal center environment
- Engage in teaching and mentoring medical students and residents
- Support a multidisciplinary approach, promoting the best patient outcomes
- Deliver clinical care including ventilation, nitric oxide therapy, and therapeutic cooling
What You Need
- Valid medical license in the state of New Jersey
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Neonatology
- At least 1 year of neonatal intensive care experience preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to high-quality patient care and safety
