Description The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) independently provides comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessment, diagnosis, and treatment/interventions to patients and their support systems. The LCSW incorporates concepts and theories related to life span development, neurobiology, and behavioral change, and collaborates with patients, families, and the Inter/Multi-Disciplinary Team (IDT) to develop and implement evidence-informed, person-centered care plans across the care continuum. Job Details Part‑Time, 24 hours/week, evening schedule (1:00 PM – 1:00 AM). Social workers work closely with various departments throughout the Providence Health & Services System, serving both inpatient and outpatient populations. The LCSW shall perform duties in a manner that respects patient self-determination, reduces health disparities and barriers to care, and adheres to the National Association of Social Workers code of ethics, Standards of Practice (SOP), and mission. Required Qualifications Master’s Degree in Social Work from a CSWE Accredited School of Social Work, OR from a school in candidacy status by the council of Social Work Education (CSWE). Oregon Clinical Social Worker License upon hire. Preferred Qualifications 2 years relevant Social Work experience, which may include CSWA experience. Pay Range $41.63 - $64.63 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, bonus opportunities, and other incentives.
