Job Description Social Worker – LCSW in the Emergency Department at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center. Part‑time, 24 hours a week, evening schedule (1 PM–1 AM). The LCSW incorporates concepts of life‑span development, neurobiology, and behavioral change. Collaborates with patients and support systems to develop and implement evidence‑informed person‑centered care plans across the continuum, in partnership with the Inter‑/Multi‑Disciplinary Team (IDT). Works closely with various departments throughout the PHS and with all inpatient or outpatient populations. Performs duties respecting patient self‑determination, reducing health disparities/barriers to care, and adhering to the NASW Code of Ethics, Standards of Practice (SOP), and mission. Required Qualifications Master’s Degree in Social Work from a CSWE accredited School of Social Work, or a school in candidacy status by the CSWE Oregon Clinical Social Worker License upon hire At least 2 years of relevant Social Work experience (may include CSWA experience) Preferred Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in acute care settings Equal Opportunity Employer Statement Providence is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
