Senior Counsel, Global Contracts — Strategic Tech Deals

ADP is hiring a Sr. Counsel, Global Contracts to lead complex commercial transactions for ADP’s Global Contracts Team. The successful candidate will collaborate across multiple business units and advise senior stakeholders on contract strategy, risk and mitigation, while negotiating client, strategic and vendor agreements. Based in Alpharetta, GA, Miami, FL or Roseland, NJ, this high-visibility role requires strong business judgment, top-tier negotiation skills and the ability to operate under #J-18808-Ljbffr ADP
