Compensation: $3,500 per month

Position Summary

\n

As a Product Management Intern at US Tiger Securities, Inc., you will support the teams that turn business needs into operational and product improvements across our brokerage and fintech platforms. This role offers hands-on exposure to the financial services industry, combining data analysis, process documentation, and stakeholder collaboration to drive informed decisions.

\n

You will work at the intersection of business operations, technology, and analytics, developing the skills to gather requirements, analyze data, and communicate findings clearly. The position demands strong analytical reasoning, attention to detail, and comfort working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Analysis

\n

\n
• Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements from internal stakeholders across operations, product, and technology teams.
\n
• Translate business needs into clear documentation, including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.
\n
• Analyze workflows and data to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
\n

Data & Reporting

\n

\n
• Collect, clean, and analyze data to support business decisions and measure process performance.
\n
• Build reports and data visualizations that communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
\n
• Support competitor and market research, benchmarking the firm's processes and offerings against industry standards.
\n

\n

Project & Stakeholder Support

\n

\n
• Support project coordination, including tracking deliverables, documenting meeting outcomes, and following up on action items.
\n
• Assist with quality assurance testing of new features and process changes, identifying issues and validating fixes.
\n
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, process rollouts, and operational initiatives.
\n

Qualifications

\n

Required:

\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
\n
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
\n
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel for data analysis and reporting.
\n
• Effective communicator capable of conveying analytical concepts to diverse audiences.
\n
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple workstreams with strong time management.
\n

Preferred:

\n
• Strong interest in financial markets, fintech, and brokerage operations.
\n
• Exposure to SQL, Python, or VBA for data analysis and automation.
\n
• Familiarity with business analysis tools, process mapping, or data visualization platforms.
\n
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus, as the role may involve communication with Mandarin-speaking parties or Chinese-language documentation.
