Evening Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Associate Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations by receiving and processing shipments, organizing inventory, and preparing orders for delivery. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail oriented, and comfortable working in a fast paced, hands on environment. This role plays a key part in keeping our warehouse running smoothly and ensuring customers receive accurate, timely orders. Pay Rate $17.00 per hour Schedule and Hours Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat 6:00PM-12:00AM Warehouse Associate Duties and Responsibilities Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders and distributing orders to sales associates for processing Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders and requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed and/or shipped Ensure the warehouse is accessible and safe for employees and customer traffic Complete your work in a safe manner; adhere to all safety policies and procedures Assemble products and participate in inventory counts as needed Take check calls from drivers, ensuring that loads will deliver on time; validate all load data prior to marking loads delivered, for accounting purposes Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries; verify that loads have arrived on time and are in good condition Warehouse Associate Qualifications and Requirements Basic written and verbal communication skills Dock or warehouse experience in the transportation industry Experience loading and unloading trailers Experience using handheld scanners Must be able to lift, push, or pull at least 75 pounds Job Type Full-time, Temp to Hire Benefits Weekly Pay Medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance 40 Hours Service Bonus after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours 6 paid Holidays after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours 401(k) Retirement Plan Automation Personnel Services is the only staffing agency specializing in manufacturing and industrial roles that offers 401K matching to all eligible contingent and temporary associates.
